Built in 1912, our heritage apartment has been lovingly restored to blend timeless charm with modern luxuries. With three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across 300 sqm, there’s plenty of room to relax, unwind, and soak in uninterrupted views of the stunning Tasman Peninsula.
The open-plan living space is designed to take full advantage of the breathtaking 180-degree, north-facing views over Bass Strait. Whether you’re lounging on the large balcony, curled up in a cozy armchair, or simply gazing out the expansive windows, the sound of the waves and the endless blue horizon are yours to enjoy.
Take a leisurely two-minute stroll to Penguin Beach, or step out and explore the charming town of Penguin—just 50 metres away. From The Penguin Pantry and deli to cafes, a bottleshop, and quirky penguin-themed décor at every turn, this little slice of Tasmania is as delightful as it is unique.

With three spacious bedrooms—a king bed and two queens—the kids will love the luxury of stretching out in a big bed. Need extra space? Single trundle beds can be arranged on request.
And with the beach just 10 metres away, endless afternoons of building sandcastles, burning off energy, and hunting for seashells are ready and waiting for your little ones.
